Job Title: Business Development Executive

This role involves driving sales growth in the assigned territory by leveraging distributor networks and ensuring retail coverage meets business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to motivate distributors to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities include:
• Achieving monthly sales targets through effective distributor management and maximizing retail coverage
• Building relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities for growth, and negotiating deals that benefit both parties
• Maintaining accurate records of sales performance, distributor interactions, and customer feedback
• Analyzing market data to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and resolving any operational issues that may arise
• Participating in regular meetings with senior management to review progress against goals and discuss ongoing challenges
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and new product launches to inform strategic decisions

Required Skills:
• 5-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful relationships with distributors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
