**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled High-End Sales Professional to join our team at White Collar Realty in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and its major projects, developers, and trends.
  • Build relationships with potential clients through phone calls to invite them to our exclusive property expos.
  • Support clients at expos by connecting them with developers and explaining investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Deliver detailed presentations on various Dubai real estate projects, highlighting their benefits to aid clients in making informed decisions.
  • Finalize deals and oversee successful transactions.
  • Follow up with clients after expos to address their questions and continue discussing investment possibilities.
  • Manage client interactions, feedback from expos, and follow-up activities for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Open to graduates and post-graduates.
  • Suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to confidently present and discuss real estate projects with clients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Proven experience in managing client interactions, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
