About the Role

This full-time on-site position as a Real Estate Sales Executive is located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting sales activities, providing guidance to clients, and assisting them in making informed decisions related to real estate investments. Key tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our real estate projects.
  • Identify new leads through various channels and networking events.
  • Stay updated on project details to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and site visits to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers to secure deals aligned with sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but prior real estate sales experience is also advantageous. Basic computer and tech proficiency are required, as well as a goal-oriented and positive attitude.
