Job Description:">

As a Business Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and business outcomes.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making, collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, and leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.

You will also analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, develop and maintain dashboards and management reports, identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies, monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets, prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior leadership, and conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus)">
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques">
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills">
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines">
