Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

  • We are seeking a talented Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama expert to fill a key position in our organization.

This role requires a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real tangible impact on leading Aussie and global brands by delivering dashboard reporting that provides a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with our Australian team to deliver high-quality dashboard reporting.
  • Managing data streams in MCI/Datorama, including building and maintaining complex data visualizations.
  • Demonstrating experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence to build and customize dashboards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams and building complex data visualizations.
  • A solid understanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
