Job Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business-critical data across departments. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Data Management & Reporting
  • Generate, automate, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for performance tracking.
Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Support management in business forecasting, planning, and cost optimization exercises.
Process Improvement
  • Design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
  • Recommend system/process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and internal audit requirements in reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot tables, Macros), Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy in numbers and reports.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting structures.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
