Job Title: Front Office Executive

This role is for an experienced professional who has worked as a front desk manager or similar position in 4/5 star hotels, having been involved in various functions at core level so as to come on board and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

  • Day-to-day operations management: manage day-to-day Front Desk duties, check-ins/outs, billing, answer phone calls, emails, respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure Front Desk functions run smoothly without errors, identify any lapses and rectify them in real time.
  • Administer front office functions on a daily basis and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Implement continuous improvement (kaizen) and review processes regularly to enhance productivity.
  • Perform additional duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Oversee all guest services on a daily basis and monitor billing and recovery.
  • Identify critical guests, VIP arrivals and meet & greet as necessary.
  • Answer day-to-day inquiries for short-term / long-term stays and provide clear information to guests.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills, ability to write professional emails and draft documents, presentations etc.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer centric and effective in communication.
  • Thorough organization and supervisory skills.
  • Natural team player, patience, negotiation skills and good into dispute/grievance resolution with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in hotel management.
  • Must have worked in 4/5 star hotels in similar role for at least more than 3-4 years.
