The Ideal Candidate will have basic hotel experience with a strong interest in revenue management. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, PMS, and OTA extranets, are necessary for success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with room rates, availability, and promotions
- Support senior RMs with daily analysis and reports
- Monitor OTA channels and update content/rates
- Coordinate with sales and reservations teams
- Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities
- Share daily activity updates with internal teams and hotel owners
Requirements:
- Basic hotel experience (reservations/front office/sales support or related)
- Strong interest in revenue management
- Good computer skills (Excel, PMS, OTA extranets)
- Comfortable working remote during US shift hours
- Strong communication and coordination skills
