Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to perform high-quality welding services for structural steel components.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform precise welding operations on beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc.
  • Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
  • Maintain weld quality as per ASME / AWS / IS / EN standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required.
  • Ensure tools, welding machines, and work area are properly maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: ITI or equivalent qualification
  • Experience: 2-7 years in industrial fabrication or construction
  • Valid Welding Certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred)
  • Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols
  • Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height
  • Knowledge of materials (CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.)
