Job Description:

  1. Assist in developing and executing digital & influencer-first marketing strategies and campaigns across social media platforms.
  2. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and content creators across YouTube and Instagram.
  3. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  4. Conceptualize and source content ideas from creators and influencers.
  5. Liaise with talent managers to create, coordinate, and execute content marketing strategies across different channels.
  6. Liaise with media, analytics, and production teams to execute campaigns under guidance.
  7. Prepare pitch presentations and budget sheets.
  8. Research ongoing consumer trends, competitors, target audience, and brands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Adequate exposure to the digital universe across platforms and formats.
  2. Daily consumption of content on various platforms.
  3. Interest in creator/influencer-focused marketing.
  4. Staying abreast of emerging social media trends and influencers/creators.
  5. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and brands efficiently.
  7. Effective time management skills.
  8. Good written, presentation, and communication skills.
  9. Quick and enthusiastic learning capabilities.
