About This Role

As a Portfolio Manager at Arm Limited, you will be part of the CPU Operations Leadership team, working in partnership with the Bangalore team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global team, driving improvements in how CPU operates and ensuring delivery is aligned with the company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale, multi-year projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring projects follow agreed standards to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Creating accurate portfolio status updates for internal and external partners, critical review of project status, and implementing action plans to address specific and systematic areas of non-compliance identified during audits.
  • In partnership with the Bangalore CPU team, ensuring the BLR portfolio of projects is sufficiently resourced and prioritized to deliver the CPU strategy.
  • Allocating the BLR Ops team to projects, ensuring dependencies and risks are identified, communicated, and managed.
  • Reviewing project and program-level plans to ensure they are achievable, balanced for risk, and will deliver the objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. You will need to have:

  • A very good level of English to work within multinational teams.
  • Knowledge of microelectronics, intellectual property development flow, and integration.
  • Assertiveness, decision-making, multi-tasking, and strategic, analytical skills.
  • Agility, adaptation, pro-activity, and management of uncertainty, complexity, and pressure.

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a formal project management qualification (PMP, Prince2) and prior experience in working with CPUs or related areas. You will also need to be comfortable with configuration methods, versioning, and documentation tools, have excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated and looking to accept new challenges.
