As a Senior Relationship Manager/Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational health risk management programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in general insurance, domain knowledge of aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance, as well as corporate relationship management and business solution provision.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to design health risk management programs tailored to their specific needs.
  • Prepare implementation plans, define roles and responsibilities, and bring in appropriate vendors.
  • Design and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of the health risk management programs and monitor performance.
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client contacts through timely advice and efficient project execution.
  • Work with the general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients.
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, besides leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
  • Work with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell projects and services to current clients.
  • Manage assigned health risk management/H&W consulting projects.
Requirements:
  • MBA from a reputed B-School.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in General Insurance industry.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Domain Knowledge necessary, especially aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
  • Knowledge of Property and Engineering lines is an added plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
