Job Title: Google Ads Manager

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager who is proficient in generating local business leads to join our team.

At our organization, we provide agencies with Google ads and Facebook ads services to help their local business clients increase revenue while saving time, money, and energy through our service offerings.

This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to manage multiple accounts, create new campaigns, conduct keyword research, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • You will be given a significant number of accounts to manage and optimize from the start, so you must possess extensive knowledge in this area.
  • You will need to create new campaigns, perform keyword research, and work efficiently to meet the demands of the role.
  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can take charge and lead the team without requiring excessive guidance or oversight.

  • We require someone with minimal training needs, as we will train them on our processes, but they must come prepared to work effectively.
  • You will need to demonstrate your expertise by performing tasks such as campaign builds, optimization suggestions, and troubleshooting existing accounts.
Responsibilities:


• Building and optimizing campaigns


• Conducting keyword and competitor research


• Setting up and working with AI tools, scripts, and automations for campaign management


• Troubleshooting and collaborating with support departments as needed


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


• Possess extreme attention to detail


• Be able to solve problems independently with research when necessary


• Want to be part of a team that helps clients achieve results


• Demonstrable experience with Google Ads


• Ability to troubleshoot issues


• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client success


• Ability to work efficiently within a project management system and complete tasks on time


Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)


Pay: Depending on Experience, Starts at $1000mo Salary (40 hr week), Paid Weekly
