Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will oversee the day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments. Familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations under the AD's direction.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.

  • Experience: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Project Management: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
