About the Position

This foundational finance position supports leadership in strategic pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness by tracking material, labor, transport, and overheads per project, allocating shared costs across business verticals, and preparing monthly cost reports for senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets to ensure accurate tracking of costs
  • Monitor and allocate shared costs across business units to optimize profitability and drive growth
  • Support ERP implementation for costing modules to streamline financial reporting and enhance operational efficiency
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly cost reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification highly valued
  • 3–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or rental-based businesses
Essential Skills
  • Strong grasp of cost accounting principles and theories
  • Experience working with project-based or rental-driven business models
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex cost reports
