Chief Financial Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analysis: Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports, prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners, and partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.
- Data Management & Accuracy: Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting, reconcile data between systems, and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
- Process & Timeliness: Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines, standardize reporting processes, and support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.
Experience Levels:
- For 3+ Years' Experience (Mid-Level Role): Strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis, ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests, and exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred.
- For 5+ Years' Experience (Senior Role): Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting, experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives, strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis, and ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
