Key Position: Data Analytics Lead

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Lead to oversee the development and implementation of data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in SQL Server and query optimization for efficient data handling.
  • Proficient in application data design and process management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of data modeling to create robust and scalable data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric to streamline data processing.
  • Experience working with Azure Databricks to leverage its advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Expertise in data warehouse development, including experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), to build complex data models.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading), including data cleaning and normalization, to ensure data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) for large-scale data processing to handle high-volume data sets.
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security measures within Azure environments to maintain data integrity.
  • Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from data.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Python, R, and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization, data modeling, and DAX queries, with knowledge of best practices.
  • Experience in implementing Row-Level Security in Power BI to ensure data access control.
  • Ability to work with medium-complex data models and quickly understand application data design and processes.
  • Familiar with industry best practices for Power BI and experienced in performance optimization of existing implementations.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques, to develop predictive models.
