About the Role

  • Designation: Legal Process Manager
  • Location: Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days from office)
  • 5+ Yrs experience in LPM- Contracts
  • Manage a team of 20+ resources with excellent team handling skills

Job Summary:

This role involves preparing service quality plans, ensuring process compliance, escalation management, knowledge management compliance, and sustaining delivery predictability while meeting client and internal commitments under company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement service quality plans to ensure delivery predictability
  • Ensure process compliance and manage escalations effectively
  • Implement knowledge management compliance to sustain delivery predictability
  • Meet client and internal commitments under company guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • LLB degree
  • Excellent financial contract management knowledge
  • Operational workflow knowledge of the process
  • Good legal summarization skills
