Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Lead to drive key enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management. The successful candidate will identify strategic issues facing the organization and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze organizational challenges and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute strategic initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast operational variables and simulate best-fit plans based on market profiles.
  • Monitor relevant metrics for strategic planning and manage periodical reporting of strategy performance.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to drive planning activities and support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, annual business plans, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives, deliver strategic plans, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure their successful execution.
  • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare analysis reports periodically.
