Seeking a seasoned IT Sourcing professional to oversee the procurement lifecycle of IT products and services worldwide.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT procurement, excellent communication skills, and experience working with suppliers globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase requisitions for assigned departments/accounts and ensure procurement needs are met within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain, prioritize, and manage purchase requisitions, attend and resolve escalations.
  • Screen, select, and register suitable suppliers and contractors.
  • Negotiate optimal prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Create defect-free purchase orders and contracts.
  • Negotiate and finalize supplier contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent customer orientation, able to work with diverse teams across various office locations.

  • 5-10 years' experience in IT procurement, preferably in India, USA, UK, or Europe.
  • Experience in indirect procurement for IT products/services outside the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with global procurement (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East) is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms in procurement modules, particularly Oracle Apps.
  • Excellent English communication skills for frequent interactions with global suppliers.
