Senior Accountant Position

We are a growing enterprise with multiple industry connections seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to aid our expanding Finance Operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, expense entries, payment follow-ups, and maintain accounts independently.
  • Maintain knowledge of GST Returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR 9) and TDS Provisions for TDS Returns filings.
  • Perform accounting reconciliations, such as Bank Reconciliation and Vendor/Customer reconciliations.
  • Prepare Monthly MIS reports on time and work on monthly/annual closing assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS fillings.
  • Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions.
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting concepts and preparing Financial Statements.
  • Ability to handle accounting according to Indian Laws and adhere to various timelines.
  • Hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis, taking responsibility and handling work independently under minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • A degree in M.Com, B.Com, or ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in account maintenance.
  • Experience in similar roles for 2-3 years.
