Key Role: Education Professional

Our institution is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated education professional to join our team as an Education Counselor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to prospective students on UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet goals.
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
