Healthcare Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to create and deliver training programs for nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Knowledge Transfer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align training programs with industry best practices and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Training & Development and Training
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's preferred
  • Relevant certification in Training or Instructional Design is a plus
