Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the healthcare protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care plans effectively to enhance patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain electronic health records systems to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
