Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager to join our dynamic team at Angel Care Hospital, Bangalore. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the healthcare protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care plans effectively to enhance patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain electronic health records systems to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Conduct regular clinical supervision and training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop and enforce regulatory compliance measures to ensure a safe and effective healthcare environment.
  • Facilitate communication between nursing staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Analyze and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve nursing efficiency and patient care quality.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with patient care objectives.
