Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for specific departments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Practical understanding of pharmacology and patient medication management.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in a specialized nursing field is a plus.
- Active participation in nursing professional organizations is encouraged.
