Job Opportunity: Associate Trainee

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Associate Trainee. This position involves working closely with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions. They will also be responsible for self-screening resumes to understand the profiles before marketing, regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Additionally, the Associate Trainee will be responsible for creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts. They will also manage the complete cycle of Bench Marketing and maintain and grow business from existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consults with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profiles before marketing.
  • Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
  • Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
  • Managing the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
  • Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our marketing capabilities.
