**About the opportunity**:
Southern Cross University’s Office of Engagement is seeking a Future Students Officer to promote the University and drive the success of domestic student recruitment. The Future Students Officer will build active and meaningful relationships with schools, colleges and RTOs across the region to enhance conversion rates. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Drive the recruitment of students to undertake study at Southern Cross, with a focus on the allocated specialisation(s).
- Effectively promote the University and its Faculties/Colleges to build the University’s reputational profile and increase awareness of brand, student options and successes.
- Collaborate with the broader Office of Engagement, working closely with Future Students Manager and Marketing Managers on the delivery of promotion material and campaigns.
**About you**:
- A degree in business, marketing or a relevant discipline, and experience in a sales related role, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success utilising data to inform decision making and sales strategies, evidenced by high conversion rates.
- Proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders to promote an organisation and build a brand image.
- Strong computing skills and experience using customer relationship tools, including reporting and communication management.

**Salary and benefits**:

- Full-time, fixed term (12 months)
- Located at Coffs Harbour
- HEW Level 6. The base salary ranges from $85,037 - $93,316 per annum, plus 17% employers contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $109,179 per annum.
