International Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team in an International Voice Process Role.

You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Providing product information and resolving issues related to our services.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and escalating issues when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in international voice processes (minimum 1 year preferred) and excellent communication skills in English.
