Document Management Specialist

As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a key role in streamlining our processes and ensuring seamless document management. Your primary responsibility will be to handle document uploads, downloads, and updates using our Document Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage document workflows, utilizing expertise in MS Office applications to efficiently organize documents and emails.
  • Develop strong expertise in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to effectively manage documents and emails.
  • Respond promptly to query emails from candidates and managers, prioritizing those that require immediate attention.
  • Prepare professional PDFs of client records, adhering to predefined styles and formatting guidelines.
  • Format resumes according to client preferences and upload soft copies into various portals after verification.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
