Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in public relations, with a strong ability to receive and provide constructive feedback, promoting growth and development.
  • Understanding of agency services and their impact on client retention and growth, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Professional communication and representation skills, maintaining a polished demeanor at all times, building trust and credibility.
  • Prioritization, multitasking, and mentoring junior colleagues, while being respectful and tactful towards coworkers and clients, creating a positive work environment.
