We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to fill a critical role within our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience with 3-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Directory services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • A technology mindset with an aptitude to work on complex issues.
  • Experience in Group Policies, troubleshooting, and implementation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:

Core Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), including its database, certificates, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Expertise in DNS and DHCP.
File Services
  • Manage and troubleshoot DFSR, DFS, and file/folder permissions.
  • Implement folder redirection.
Troubleshooting
  • Responsible for troubleshooting various issues, including account lockouts and Active Directory replication.
  • Strong understanding of AD security events is beneficial.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Handle client-facing situations effectively.
