Financial Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the financial operations of our clients in the quick service restaurant industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of financial systems, implementing error detection frameworks, and driving process automation.

About the Role:
- Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to optimize performance and client service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for streamlined financial operations
- Ensure all accounting operations adhere to industry regulations, tax requirements, and best financial practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any stream with a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA (preferable)
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in operations management, including 10+ years in a managerial role
- Deep understanding of QSR accounting principles, financial reporting, and industry-specific regulations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
