Your mission will be to enable functional, technical, and behavioral capability development across the organization.

This is not a program manager gig. It's a business strategist role with learning as your toolkit.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs, with a proven ability to partner with stakeholders and drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

In terms of specific responsibilities, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop solutions
  • Managing budgets and vendor partnerships to deliver value

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (such as HR, Psychology, or Business), and at least 8 years of experience in a related role.
