Job Title: Sysadmin and Release Automation Expert

\

We are seeking a skilled automation professional to oversee the maintenance of our software configuration management ecosystem.

This individual will be responsible for managing version control systems, building and release pipelines, automation scripts, and ensuring best practices in source code management and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain source control systems (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, XL Release, and XL Deploy)
  • Manage and maintain version control systems, ensuring best practices in branching, merging, and tagging
  • Configure and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and XL Deploy/XL Release
  • Manage artifact repositories using Nexus Repository Manager (RM) and enforce quality gates via Nexus IQ
  • Integrate and maintain code quality tools like SonarQube
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or Software Development roles
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
