Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently on our web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve product functionality
  • Identify recurring issues and trends, and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and user-friendly help documentation and FAQs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–6 years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Proven expertise in supporting SaaS platforms, preferably in EdTech or education-adjacent sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-centric mindset
