Job Title: Senior Creative Director

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead the development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with a keen eye for detail, strong ownership mentality, and deep experience in delivering high-performance content within structured workflows. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all products on product pages.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Direction: Define and lead the visual direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  • Photography Efforts: Direct all photography efforts, including product, model, and lifestyle shoots, by developing clear guidelines, detailed shot lists, and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic and effectively showcase craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats and ensure a cohesive visual narrative.
  • Quality Control: Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards, creative direction, and Amazon platform requirements.
  • Product Pages: Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Performance Data: Use performance data (CTR, conversion, image heat maps, sales trends) and competitive analysis to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and hold creative partners accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to completion supported by creative partners.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
