Job Title: Data Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven strategies and solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives,
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver data analytics solutions,
  • Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and processes,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of data insights,
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics,

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity;
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning);
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation;
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Strong understanding of data visualization concepts;

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
