Key Responsibilities:- Act as an extension of the design team by providing local information during the design development process.
- Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
- Assist in the design process by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, data collection and benchmarking studies.
- Have thorough understanding of the design intent and ensure quality participation during execution stage.
- Document all design fidelity and quality issues in Work Sheets and escalate to Project Head/Regional Head when not attended to by vendor/client.
- Coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues.
- Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
- Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.
- Work closely with local team as well as central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.
Required qualifications include degree in architecture or interior design, with prior experience as design coordinator and expertise in executing interior projects.
