We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions.

This role is responsible for leading the development of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes, including rules for Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in these areas and ensure alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards.

As a key member of our team, you will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers to elevate the team's capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and delivery of Oracle ERP Financial Solutions.
  • Defining and enforcing solution architecture patterns for ERP–EPM integrations.
  • Oversight of end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partnering with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Providing architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
  • Designing and overseeing integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external platforms and vendor-owned applications.
  • Mentoring Engineers and Senior Engineers, guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.

You will bring:

  • 12 - 15 years of Oracle ERP/EPM experience with proven delivery of Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting modules.
  • Strong expertise in integrating General Ledger with ERP and EPM modules.
  • Deep understanding of finance business processes including GL close, sub-ledger accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience leading multi-phase ERP/EPM implementations with SDLC methodology.
