This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing financial management and operations.

Job Description

The General Manager Finance will be accountable for leading the finance team, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis
  • Accounting Operations Management
  • Implementation of Internal Controls

A strong focus on financial analysis, planning, and decision-making is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, technical knowledge, and expertise in accounting practices. Additionally, experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or CA qualification is preferred. A strong background in the technology services industry is an added advantage.
