Manager, Credit Product Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development, management, and execution of our consumer credit product line strategy globally. The successful candidate will report to the VP, Global Credit and collaborate with various stakeholders across the globe.

The role involves supporting various product initiatives, including but not limited to PLS strategy, CVP design & development, credit product operations & governance, economics, commercialization support, and benefit presentment & delivery strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining up-to-date consumer and market insights, supporting relevant research activities, managing product governance framework, and partnering with key functional stakeholders to manage and enhance product operations and core product requirements globally.

Additionally, the role requires working with regional product teams to execute against the global PLS/credit product strategy, developing differentiated value propositions, and supporting account teams to win high-priority deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date consumer and market insights to identify opportunities globally.
  • Support relevant research activities that inform current and future credit products at a global, regional, or country level.
  • Manage product governance framework and forum.
  • Partner with key functional stakeholders to manage and enhance product operations and core product requirements globally.
  • Work with regional product teams to execute against the global PLS/credit product strategy.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions to meet current and emerging needs of consumers and customers.
  • Support account teams to win high-priority deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Financial institution or payment industry experience is essential, with a background in credit card product management being a plus. Strong business acumen and ability to provide creative solutions that drive positive results are also required. Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable product strategies and plans oriented around driving business growth, positive customer experience, and brand perception is crucial.

Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe, are necessary. Additionally, strong execution capability, driving for excellence in quality as well as delivery on time, is essential.
