Job Role Overview

This role involves leading the management of question banks and collaborating with other Subject Administrators to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality questions for assessments.
  • Structure and design question banks, setting quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock quantities in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • Manage SMEs, defining selection criteria and strategies.
  • Maintain performance quality by monitoring SME performance.
  • Develop and train SME pools in various domains/subjects.
  • Closely coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Create test designs in areas of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Support Lead Subject Administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs.
  • Analyze post-exam questions and provide reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • In-depth understanding of India's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Excellent command over English language (written and spoken).
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies
