We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer with expertise in Generative AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large language model solutions leveraging retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and AI search frameworks.
  • Build data ingestion pipelines using cloud-based storage services and develop agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, as well as experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation, with a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and API integration for AI solutions.
