About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Gen AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative data intelligence platforms that seamlessly integrate structured and unstructured data sources.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance data intelligence platforms that effortlessly merge structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Develop and fine-tune cutting-edge Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and product specialists to deploy AI-driven solutions into production environments.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.
  • Apply expert-level prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business-critical use cases.
  • Conduct thorough experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model efficacy and business impact.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with industry-leading data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

About You

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
