Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring experienced U. accounting, tax, audit professionals, as well as IT professionals.

This role requires a deep understanding of the accounting and IT industries and a strong ability to identify and engage with top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for accounting, tax, audit, and IT professionals.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels to attract talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about job roles, company culture, and career opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions for U. accounting, tax, audit, and IT sectors.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools for greater efficiency.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on accounting, tax, audit, and IT roles.
  • Proven experience in hiring professionals within the US accounting, finance, and IT markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax, audit, and IT professions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Salary Estimate:$90,000 - $120,000 per year.
