We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Data Management Specialist to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain vendor master records to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, and maintenance across multiple regions.
  • Support integration projects, handle duplicate vendor resolution, and TIN matching.
  • Develop and implement effective data quality management and cleansing strategies.

Core Competencies:

  • Vendor data management and maintenance.
  • SAP (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA) Master Data transactions.
  • Data quality management and cleansing.
  • Knowledge of P2P processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Key Experience:

  • End-to-end vendor data maintenance across multiple regions.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit standards.
  • Supporting integration projects, e.g., mergers, system migrations.
