Job Description

The role of Senior Consultant is to drive the development and execution of HEOR/RWE strategy for compounds in the Lilly portfolio in Japan, aligned with local product strategy and global/regional HEOR/RWE strategy.

  • Develops and oversees local HEOR/RWE evidence planning and execution for individual compounds/products across the development and commercialization lifecycle to support drug development, optimize pricing and access, and maximize post-launch product value in collaboration with local cross functional team and/or global VEO/VEO International.
  • Leads local HEOR/RWE study development and execution for individual compounds/products across the development and commercialization lifecycle to support drug development, optimize pricing and access, and maximize post-launch product value in collaboration with local cross functional team and/or global VEO/VEO International.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, including Ph.D., M.D., or PharmD/masters degree with relevant experience in an appropriate discipline (e.g. economics, epidemiology, health administration, health services, medicine, parmacoeconomics, psychology, statistics, or other relevant sciences). Strong comprehension and communication skills are essential, including the ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong business English and Japanese skill are also required. The ability to think and act globally with a customer focus and a solution orientation is essential.
