Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with potential business customers through phone calls, emails, and other electronic communication
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to business services, manage objections, and close sales
  • Making 90-100 cold calls daily to engage in meaningful business conversations and uncover gaps where our solutions can assist
  • Develop customized solutions for customers, positioning services as essential resources for their operations
  • Set appointments or close deals with customers
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions in CRM software
  • Implement, manage, and track individual sales goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma or 12th pass; Graduation is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities
  • High resilience and adaptability to handle challenging sales situations and objections
  • Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred in a call center or BPO environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and basic internet fundamentals
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to access and research multiple data sources and multitask under pressure
