
Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Corporate Services Segment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans that meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning
Develop annual business development strategies for the segment, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Establish relationships with key decision makers to promote Sodexo's value proposition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom solutions that meet client needs.
Financial Management
Support the formulation of budgets and financial plans for the business development team.
Monitor and control adherence to budget targets, managing deviations as needed.
Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Drive the acquisition of large accounts within the segment by designing quality solutions for clients.
Aggressively market Sodexo's value proposition to these clients.
Grow and penetrate new and existing clients within the segment.
Team Leadership
Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet business requirements.
Mentor and coach subordinates to develop their capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline.
Oversee capability building for the team and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to tie business value to process efforts
- Familiarity with the FM industry or Food Service or Project management & Retail expertise
