Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement high-quality automated testing solutions for Human Capital Management information applications leveraging the Open HCM platform.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing solutions with existing systems.
  • Analyze customer issues and identify product gaps to align with customer needs and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in automation tooling, preferably Selenium.
  • Ability to develop and enhance automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and Jenkins integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
